In chapter 21 (Leadership for APNs: If Not Now, Then When?) the author outlines serval leadership theories or styles including:

• Situational or Contingency Leadership;
• Servant Leadership;
• Transformational or Transactional Leardershp;
• Rational Leadership;
• Clinical Leadership and Congruent Leadership.
