1. Read the news regarding what President Biden has done in the last two months (March 23 up to the day you complete the assignment) and choose three different activities that can be used as examples of three different powers that the President has according to Article II of the Constitution.

2. Summarize what he did, what power he was using and whether he needs the help of any of the other two branches to fulfill his power. For each activity write down the author, title, newspaper, date and page of the article in which you read the information. (1 point per activity/total of 3 points)

3. Overall, how would you evaluate his performance as the President of the USA based on what you have read and what you know: Do you think he is doing a good job, an O.K. job or a bad job? Basically, how would you grade him (A, B, C, D or F)? Why do you give him this grade? Minimum of half a page (double-spaced) (.50)
