Part A: This section of the paper will clearly explain 1) how all learners in your classroom will be engaged. This section will include elements of not only how lesson planning and learning strategies support various learners but also 2) how to create learning environments (i.e., traditional, blended, and online) that promote productive student learning, encourage positive interactions among students, reflect the diversity and multiple perspectives, and are culturally responsive. 3) Explain how different learning needs and styles are supported including, different gender, the gifted, students with exceptional needs, English Language Learners, culturally diverse, educationally disadvantaged, and general education students; and provide validation from the research literature.
