The two goals of the specialized courts include case management and reduced offending. Use the Internet to locate a specialized court within 200 miles of your home. Search the Website established for the specialized court, and review the court’s statistics and evaluations. Be prepared to discuss.
- From the first e-Activity, discuss the nature and the result of case that you selected. Indicate which case (i.e., either the criminal or the civil) had to be resolved first, and explain the reasoning behind the resolution.
