There are many digital channels out there. Each of them can accomplish many different jobs in the customer journey. From social to programmatic, SEM to streaming audio and all points in between there is much to learn. I have attached a link to this module with a video overview of programmatic from The Trade Desk, which is one of the largest providers of self serve access to programmatic exchanges. Please watch that video as you can see how technology is changing the way digital and even some traditional channels are being radically changed.
In this assignment you will take the brief attached in this module and propose 4 digital channels based on the goals of the campaign. For each channel you will need to defend your choice based on what users use the channel for and its place in the customer journey (Awareness, interest, action).
Select 4 channels and tie the use case of the medium to the goal. Write a minimum of 200 words on each channel and be persuasive. Use as much outside research as you need to formulate your recommendation.
